Suitable Menu Applications

Design Rationale

The 20 × 14 cm rectangular plate uses horizontal texture to organise an individual portion, with a 2.3 cm shallow rim. Larger sizes extend the same format for more skewers, slices or sharing portions.

Japanese Skewers and Sushi

Use the individual size for two skewers or four pieces of sushi, aligned with the texture, with lemon, pickled ginger and wasabi at one end.

Korean Cooked Barbecue

Arrange one portion of cooked beef, pork belly and grilled mushrooms along the length, keeping dipping sauce in a separate dish.

British Fried Food
