The 9 cm-wide surface keeps skewers, slices and small bites in a single line. Two lengths support a shorter sequence or a long shared presentation.
Images show representative forms from the collection. Confirm model specifications and a physical sample before bulk custom production.SIZE OPTIONS
LOGO CUSTOMIZATION
Add a restaurant name, wordmark or brand artwork. A light-grey single-colour laser logo is available at no extra charge; multicolour printed logos require a project MOQ.
Images have been standardised for consistent lighting. Colour and pattern can vary slightly between screens, physical samples and production batches. Ask sales for current photos or video before ordering.
RECOMMENDED USE
Japanese sushi and skewers, Korean sliced barbecue, American barbecue brisket, and Mediterranean mezze or French petits fours.
PAIRING
Use with Brushstroke condiment dishes and side bowls. Keep soy sauce, kimchi, barbecue sauce and oily mezze off the narrow shallow surface.
The 44 × 9 cm plate creates an extra-narrow linear display zone within a 2.5 cm profile. A 38 cm version serves fewer pieces while preserving the same single-row arrangement.
Line up nigiri by fish type or align yakitori with every handle facing the same side, serving soy sauce, wasabi and ginger separately.
Lay cooked beef tongue, pork belly or chicken slices along the edge, with kimchi and garlic in separate side dishes.
Overlap brisket slices from end to end and place a few drained pickles at one end, with barbecue sauce separately.
Arrange prawns, cheese or ham rolls, or use the plate for canelés and macarons with enough space between each piece.
