A broad rectangular rim frames the central serving area, keeping the corner brushwork visible when the main food is centred and the rim is left clear.

LOGO CUSTOMIZATION
Add a restaurant name, wordmark or brand artwork. A light-grey single-colour laser logo is available at no extra charge; multicolour printed logos require a project MOQ.
Images have been standardised for consistent lighting. Colour and pattern can vary slightly between screens, physical samples and production batches. Ask sales for current photos or video before ordering.
RECOMMENDED USE
Japanese individual main courses, French bistro plates, European roast chicken with vegetables, and Russian cooked-food platters.
PAIRING
Pair with Brushstroke rice bowls, cups and side dishes. Serve wet sauces separately and use a deeper bowl for soup or dressed accompaniments.
The 26.5 × 17.5 cm plate uses a broad rim to define the main-food area, while its 3.4 cm height retains a little serving juice. Two sizes cover an individual main course and a small sharing portion.
Serve teriyaki chicken, salt-grilled fish or seared beef in the centre, with grated daikon and grilled vegetables beside the main item.
Arrange sliced duck breast, sausage or baked vegetables centrally, keeping the broad rim clear and using concentrated sauce sparingly.
Combine roast chicken breast, potato and seasonal vegetables in separate groups inside the central serving area, with sauce supplied separately.
Present a meat patty, roasted potato and drained cornichons in the centre; use the larger size for a small sharing portion and serve sour cream separately.
